KAD retreat - Burundi

Few days back, the diocese of Karagwe of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania held the retreat for the diocesan leaders which included the top leaders (The bishop, dean, general secretary and the treasurer), the church district leaders, heads of the departments and the heads of the church institutions such as schools, the hospital, collages and the hotel.

The retreat was held in Muyinga town found in Burundi. It took four days of leaning, reflecting and resting. We learnt about effective communication at the workplace, transformational leadership, how to identify and manage our emotions and so many other things.
