From 4.-8. August 2008 the first KAD partnership consultation took place at the Karagwe Hotel in Kayanga. It was a meeting of the Karagwe Diocese with Bishop Benson Bagonza, representatives of the KAD-administration and German and Tanzanian partnership groups. Representatives from the church districts of Biedenkopf, Gladenbach, Leverkusen and Selters were present. The districts of Arnsberg, Guetersloh and Luebbeke did not participate because they had planned another visiting and work camp schedule.
