District Level

Under the Diocesan level of the Karagwe Diocese there is the District level. So far there are seven church districts: Bweranyange, Ihembe, Lukajange, Kituntu, Kyerwa, Mabira and Murongo.

Ngara mission area is planned to be the eighth district.

Parishes

Each district has three to seven parishes. There are no formal departments at the parish level. Each parish is composed of five to twelve congregations. A parish is headed by a pastor. And each congregation is headed by an evangelist and church elder.
