The first annual Educate Tanzania fundraiser at Hazeltine National Golf Club on June 3rd, 2011 raised 
lots of new friends and resources for KARUCO. Over 150 people joined us for dinner and fun. 

 

Highlights 

. Silent auction with items such as Harmon Killebrew baseball card and pieces of his game pants 
. Prayer by Pastor Joel Johnson, Westwood Community Church asking God to help us share 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

. Live auction with items like Yankee/Twins tickets, fishing lessons, a Lutsen weekend, and golf

The dinner and auction held at Hazeltine

success. Educate Tanzania made many 
new friends and was very pleased to 
have exceeded our goals for the evening.
